"chimichuri has launched a new menu!! they’ve consistently delivered high quality fusion brunch dishes. their tom yum pasta is one of the best fusion pastas out there, having such a balanced flavour profile with the richness of the seafood flavour and the tangy tom yum flavour combined. their squid ink pasta was equally as good, and we couldn’t stop alternating bites of each (we were not able to pick a favourite between the two. so get both!). their matcha waffle had lady fingers and a waffle in the same plate, and the sweet raspberry jam paired so well with the fragrant, just slightly bitter matcha. we also loved their matcha with raspberry sorbet, which was not only beautiful by sight but also taste. i couldn’t stop drinking the sakura lemonade and eating the jellies at the bottom - so refreshing ! in conclusion, we loved chimichuri <3"

Also loved the Black Benedict — it looks like a giant black spider and is so rich and satisfying, definitely too much for one person to finish alone. The Black Benedict was a real showstopper — the black brioche and soft-shell crab made it look like a giant black spider on the plate, dramatic and fun all at once. The Tako Inkkie squid ink pasta had a very Japanese feel, rich and briny, topped with a generous amount of katsuobushi that danced in the steam. The Raspberry Sorbet Matcha was so rich and indulgent, with the creamy matcha perfectly balanced by the tart raspberry, while the Sakura Lemonade was light, floral, and the perfect palate cleanser. The café gets really busy, so it’s worth going early if you want to grab a seat."
